NOTE: At the present time the CLC program is full for the 2010-11 school year.  A waiting list is being started.  You may put your name on this list and learn more information at the Maplewood Open House on August 18th at 6:30 p.m.

*Children who attend Maplewood Elementary School and Lakeview Montessori School are welcome to attend the CLC.  Students in grades kindergarten through third can participate in before school programming.  Students in first through third grades may participate in after school programming. 

We are staffed to serve approximately 70 students at approximately an 8 student to 1 teacher ratio.  If we reach our enrollment capacity, children who need extra support to be successful in the school environment have first priority.  Other students may have to be put on a waiting list.

To enroll your child, a parent or guardian needs to fill out a short enrollment form and return it to the office at Maplewood Elementary School.  Please stop by the office get the form or click on the link below to print off the form.

*Children who attend the parochial schools within the Sparta Area School District are also eligible to attend the CLC.
